The Ninety Nine Restaurants launched their new menu on Monday April 12 and along with that we at a&g launched their new website. The designers at a&g worked hard to translate the new look and feel of the menu onto the web. The result is a very clean site that focuses on their new menu. I developed this entire site from the slicing the of the images to coding the html.
The homepage slide show in their previous site was built in Flash – I updated this to now use jquery as to make it visible on mobile devices that don’t support flash. Other features include a dynamic left navigation menu that changes depending what part of the site you are in. XML and PHP were used for this. In addition, I worked with mutliple vendor including know-where locations to update the templates they use to reflect our new design.
